Product Return Policy
- Place Your Order Carefully: Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us for clarification.
- No Returns for Matching Products: If the delivered product does not match the description and images, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- Exchange Policy: If you wish, you may exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
- Delivery/Return Charges: The customer is responsible for all delivery and return shipping costs.

- ছবি এবং বর্ণনার সাথে পন্যের মিল না থাকলে পণ্য ফেরত নেয়া হবে না ।
- তবে আপনি চাইলে আপনার গ্রহন করা পন্যের সম মুল্যের কি বা বেশি মুল্যের পণ্য নিতে পারবেন (যে টাকা বেশি হবে তা প্রদান করতে হবে ) ।
- পণ্য আনা নেয়ার খরচ আপনাকে দিতে হবে।
